Park Rules

General Rules

​

• Treat the park and other residents as you would want to be treated.

• Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am

• Silos on the Creek RV Park is not responsible for any USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc, letters or packages.

• Reservation holders are responsible for all actions of their family members, visitors, guests, and pets. Guests are financially responsible for any damages to the park or other residents.

• Reservation holders assume all risk of loss or damage and are responsible for carrying their own insurance.

• Any damages to the park property will be billed directly to the reservation holder.

• There is absolutely no smoking allowed in any Silos on the Creek common area facilities.

• The park is not responsible for injuries of any manner that occur on the property.

• The park reserves the right to refuse services to anyone at any time.

• No sub-leasing of any kind is allowed. All guests must be registered.

• No additional appliances are allowed outside the RV.

• No plants or objects shall be outside that interfere with grounds maintenance.

• All trash must be placed in the proper receptacle. Always keep dumpster lids closed.

• The area around each site must be kept clean and orderly at all times.

• Each guest is highly encouraged to provide their own GFCI protection. The park IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for any damages due to power surges or fluctuations.

• No digging, erecting poles, or installing satellites without approval.

• No tampering with electrical boxes.

• Water pressure regulators are highly recommended.

• No hazardous materials or foreign chemicals are authorized on site.

• Zero tolerance for harassing or disruptive behavior to park staff or other park guests.

• No discounts for interrupted utility, cable, or WiFi service.

• All resident guest RVs must be clean and in good working condition.

• No auto repairs are allowed in the park.

• The park reserves the right to refuse service based upon RV appearance and/or condition.

• Certified collar required for all sewer and grey water connections.

• Personal BBQ grills are authorized.

• Holiday decorations must be removed in a timely manner.

• Trash containers are located at park entry. Household garbage must be in bags.

Pet Rules 

 

The park has sole discretion on allowing any and all pets on the property.

​

• No dogs on aggressive dog list allowed.

• The park may terminate guest pet approval at any time regardless of prior authorization.

• All pets must be on a leash while in the park.

• Pet owners and/or reservation holders are responsible for any damage or physical harm of their pet.

• Pet owners and/or reservation holders are responsible to clean up after their pet at all times and dispose of properly. There is a zero tolerance on this matter.

• Pets are not to be left outdoors unattended.

• Barking or disruptive behavior is not allowed and will be strictly enforced.

• No pet cages, fences or dog run cables allowed.

Parking & Speed Limit

 

• Speed limit is 5 mph at all times.

• All vehicles must be in good working condition and registered with the park.

• No boats or flatbed trailers allowed without prior approval. Additional fees may apply.

• Parking in vacant RV sites will result in the vehicle being towed.

• No parking on grass or outside designated areas.

Arrivals & Departures

 

• Check in-time 8am-6pm with appointment.

• Pro-rated first month and all deposits are due prior to hook up.

• Check out time is 12pm. Site must be cleaned and inspected prior to deposit return.

• There are no refunds for early departure.

• Move out is the first of each month. We do not pro-rate monthly guests.

• All new residents must register with Silos on the Creek RV Park.
